Claytons has broken ground!

Claytons Mindarie Beachfront is making significant progress as Edge Construction complete the Ground Floor concrete pour with the formation of the Level 1 structure underway.

Situated along the bespoke northern strip, the project continues to take shape with a tower crane prominently visible on site. The foundation and ground structures are already in place, and the first major level of the residential development is now being set. With its prime location overlooking the ocean, Claytons will deliver a collection of luxury homes, adding to the modern touch of the surrounding area.
