Claytons Named a Finalist at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards

We’re proud to share that Claytons has been recognised as a finalist in the Apartments (Mid-Rise) category at the 2026 UDIA WA Awards for Excellence.

This finalist recognition reflects the quality and design behind Claytons, which brings together a refined architectural design and a connection to its unique coastal setting.

We extend our thanks to the dedicated project teams and partners who made this development possible, as well as UDIA WA for hosting a memorable awards evening.
