Concrete structure reaching Level 4

Construction is advancing smoothly, with the concrete structure now reaching Level 4 and internal fit-outs underway for the lower-ground units.

We are actively progressing with structural and preparation works for Level 5, with the first concrete pour completed this week and the second pour planned for the coming weeks – a key milestone as we move closer to topping out the structure in the months ahead.

Key milestones achieved to date:

• 8,000m3 of concrete poured
• 700 tonne of steel reinforcement installed
• 100 to 120 workers on site daily (on average)
• 741 workers inducted on site since project commencement
• 118,000 man-hours completed

The site team remains on track to achieve completion by Q1 2026.
