CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

  • March 2024

    Site Establishment

    This includes site preparation activities such as site clearing, the installation of fencing and setting up of on-site amenities and utilities.
  • May 2024

    Ground Retention and Earthworks

    This phase involves piling, anchoring and bulk excavation.
  • July 2024

    Substructure

    This phase involves the construction and installation of the concrete footings, inground services, and the ground slab. This provides the base for the structure.
  • In progress

    Main Structure

    This involves the construction of the main framework of the building, such as columns, beams, floors and walls. It often involves the installation of the primary structural system like lift shafts and stairwells. At this point, the building’s shape and outline start to take form.
  • Q3 2025

    Facade & Building Services

    This includes all works crucial to enclosing the raw structure, and preparing it to become a liveable space. External glazing, facade elements and treatments, and all building services are installed, e.g. plumbing, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning and fire safety systems.
  • Q1 2026

    Internal Fitouts & Completion

    Now that the building is enclosed, the final phase includes finishing the ceilings and walls, installing joinery, flooring finishes and painting. Once finished, the building is complete and ready to move in!
