External Façade Finishes Well Underway

We are pleased to share that construction at Claytons Mindarie Beachfront is advancing strongly and remains on schedule for our targeted completion in early 2026.

The building is now taking shape both inside and out, with internal fit-out works progressing steadily and the façade finishes beginning to reveal the architectural form of the development. Milestones such as the installation of walls and ceilings, completion of major tiling and cabinetry works, and the pouring of the resort-style pool highlight the exciting momentum onsite.

With exterior scaffolding progressively being removed, the project’s vision is becoming increasingly visible from the surrounding area.
