July 2024 Project Update

We are pleased to provide you with an update from the current works on site at Claytons Mindarie Beachfront. The crane is now successfully on site, marking a significant milestone for the construction of the project.

The basement excavation works are now complete and the first basement footings, walls and columns are now being installed, paving the way for the basement floor slab preparations to begin.
