Scaffolding Continuing To Drop

Claytons Mindarie Beachfront continues to make strong progress, with the development advancing across both residences and shared amenity spaces.

Recent milestones include the completion of internal walls and ceilings up to Level 6, cabinetry installations progressing through the lower levels, and the building façade taking shape as scaffolding is progressively removed. Balcony finishes and balustrades are now in place on the upper levels, and works have commenced on the resort-style amenity areas, marking a significant step forward in the project.

The installation of lifts is also now underway—another clear sign of the building moving closer to completion. With construction firmly on track for early 2026, Claytons Mindarie Beachfront is steadily transforming into one of Perth’s most desirable coastal addresses.
